Bowpicker Fish and Chips

We escaped the heat and went to Astoria for a much cooler weather, but lunch is on the first agenda then we walk a portion of the Astoria Riverwalk, on the way home we stop at CAMP 18 for a restroom stop. Oh by the way, we also found hand sanitizers in the smaller town.

We needed to take a drive after sheltering in the house during this COVID pandemic. Our friend Rod is recuperating after triple by pass surgery last May. So we set a date and approximate time and behold we are in this amazing estate next to McKenzie River. Enjoy the journey....By the way, I also found a covered bridge along the way.

The hardest thing in blueberry picking is waking up early at 05:00, but the rewards is priceless. We arrived minutes after 06:00 o'clock and there are so many people already. In this farm we do not have to worry about social distancing.

This Coronovirus news drives me nuts, so better go and find things to photographs while doing "social distancing". I always come back here year after year. This year the cherry blossoms season is early by 2 weeks I think, last year or 2019, I went on April 3rd.
