Tempeh - Digital Incubator

 

Pokie has been nagging for me to build a"Digital Incubator" so she does not wake up in the middle of the night to adjust the incubator temperature like before. The solution is STC 1000, a small digital apparatus to make the temperature stable at 31.5 Celsius, by turning off and on of the heating and cooling automatically.

Christmas 2025

 

We are invited to Pokie's former co-worker for Christmas dinner 2025, the foods are excellent and Christmas decoration is superb.
