Sometimes we tend to ignore National Park that is so close (just 13 miles from home), so that day we decided to drive to Washington State and explore the site. This complex is so vast that we might have to come back again some other day.

These images lay dormant in my iPhone for a little more than a year, we were busy at that time for the preparation to go to Holland and Paris. When I look back on the images I realize that I have not made a website for it. I did not bring my mirrorless camera at that time since we were just walking around, it turned out this is one of the nicest Japanese garden in the Northwest.

We went to Seattle to meet Felix (Pokie's nephew) then accompany him to drive back to Portland. We took Amtrak and surprisingly it was on time, beating the time of arrival by seven minutes.
